I have always been pleased with your service over the years of purchasing batteries and having my batteries checked to see if needed replacing; however my most recent visit and purchase has me somewhat upset and disappointed. I have a Toyota Highlander Limited 2017 and was told the battery for that would need to be special ordered and I would need, therefore, to pay for it up front before it could be ordered. I was fine with that request and paid - including labor to install for a total of $244.33. I was told it would be in the following Wednesday. Then found out that there was a mix up and it was not ordered, so the Wed I was to get a my new battery - I was told it was now being ordered for certain and that it should be in the following Wed and would be installed. Today I have called and found out it is not in the Tyler store and should be in the following Wed - next week - because of Covid - stores are experiencing delays. I am told I can't cancel my order and get a refund...and I have no way of knowing of how long it will be til I have my car to drive - I was told I had to pay upfront and I did - I was not told if it doesn't come in - we can't give you a refund. I am giving it one more week, beyond that time - I am seeking a reasonable solution from Interstate....if I had known I could likely be 3 or more weeks before getting it - I would have paid the extra $100 Toyota Dealer cost - as they are in stock in Longview at Toyota at the present time

The service I received was top notch! The service technician, Creed, was super friendly and eager to get me taken care of. I had two small children in the car with me and he went out of his way to make sure I could stay in the car with my children as much as possible. The entire process took less than 10 minutes (new battery purchase and install) and I was back on the road. Customer service like this is so rare these days and I can’t thank Creed enough. This is my first Interstate battery and I am not expecting any problems..... But if I do have any problems, I’m completely confident that Creed and Longview team will take care of me!
