my battery completely died in my car on the first very cold night here in st joseph,mo. after I got a jump start I drove to interstate battery on the north belt. It was after 530pm and he was open till 6pm that night. I was met by a very friendly and helpful gentleman named Chuck? I think. He was the only person there so that's the guy. I left my car running and expected to have to take the battery home and change it myself. Then chuck gave me two options for battery replacement and then offered to install it for me. I didn't know they had a garage in back to do that! I said yes and Chuck brought me in to a very clean and organized garage space. He even applied a reserve battery to power my cars memory while the main battery was changed...I got a very reasonable price and great customer service from Chuck at Interstate. I will tell all my friends to go see him with any battery problems.

I was amazed at the selection.. even thought one of the batteries needed to special ordered. The order went out today and the special battery will be here Friday.... Very happy with that. Prices were about right.. location is good and I will be back. Excellent help by Chuck over the phone before I drove to the store.
