I have a 1999 Ford Explorer that was my late husband's. It would not hold a charge. My friend's husband suggested that I go to Interstate Battery in East Walpole, MA. My battery was checked and determined to be 5+ years old, so I bought a new one. Richard, the salesperson, checked the electrical system to make sure that it was only the battery and not something more serious. Thank goodness it was only the battery. I am a very very happy customer. My battery was extremely low and I was going to go to Walmart or Bj’s Wholesale until my son mentioned your establishment. I agreed to give you a try. I am so glad I did. Robert was so professional and courteous toward myself and my son. He explained why the battery might be low after confirming the issue was a low battery. He installed the new battery promptly. Richard checked me out and explained the battery had a 6 year warranty. That is so awesome. The quality, warranty and customer service was knocked out of the park. I will be recommending and replacing all my batteries with you from here on. I have always used Interstate Batteries but it’s the staff at the East Walpole, MA store that keeps me coming back. I had battery trouble on 9/16/19 outside my workplace, With a jump start from a fellow worker, I was able to travel 22 miles to the Interstate store. I arrived at 5:45; 15 minutes before store closing time. Richard greeted me at the front door. I said you’re closing in a few minutes , I don’t want to keep you. He said no problem. He checked my battery & advised getting a new one. Richard finished the install by 6:20 & I was on my way. We spoke about our long commute times each day; he said his commute time each way to work was 1-1/2 hours yet he stayed late to service my car. I cannot say enough about the great service. A week before, Robert replaced a battery in my key fob. The staff at this store is the best!!! They go above and beyond for the customer.

I arrived to your storefront to have my battery checked. The car was experiencing a slow start when I turned on ignition. My previous battery was purchased in July 2015 and I wanted to confirm that the battery needed changing. Richard was working solo, testing my battery and assisting 3 customers who walked into the store. The test determined that I needed a new battery. Richard educated me on my 2 choices for a battery. I also paid to have the battery installed onsite and drive off with piece of mind.
