First I like dealing with local businesses. We arrived approx 3:15 Scott came out to check my batteries for my medical scooter. Needed new ones, he also noticed at a fuse didn't look quite right that was also replaced. Everything was put together and back on the scooter in working order. The store was very friendly and we were out of there just before they closed. We will be back, have an lawn mower and another scooter that needs batteries. Thanks

We have a 10% off business card that was not applied to the price even though I had showed it to the salesman. I didn't realize it wasn't used until I got back home. I go to the store in Westerville that is 20 miles away, rather than the 1 on Fifth Ave that is 2 miles away from me because the closer store has had such a big turnover with the help in the past.
