even though I have an account under my phone, evidently my purchases of rechargable batteries over the years had not been registered. Thus, after my last purchase I brought in a an older, interstate rechargable batter that was deficient. The guy who had sold me the same, newer batteries 11 days prior said he would not replace the battery because it was not in my account. If he had just said that it was too old to replace (am not sure what the limit is) I would have accepted that. however, he acted like I had never bought either the older or most recent batteries. I suspect he did not want to admit he never registered my purchase under my phone number. I left feeling quite dissatisfied and insulted. First, it was a $13 clearly marked battery that should still be functioning (its twin still is) and he should have should have replaced it no questions asked. Second, if he could not do so he should have explained the return policy and not lied regarding the fact I had made purchases of these batteries (older and recent) from his store. You can make this right by replacing the battery or giving me $13 AND educating the employee regarding reasonable costumer service. I am making a copy of this complaint for my records. Marc Lame
