I bought a battery there years ago and returned the old battery to buy a new identical battery. They sold me the wrong battery. You would think that they would compare the old battery with the new battery to avoid mistakes. The store is a 200 mile round trip. I would like to exchange the battery for the correct battery at a local interstate battery retailer.

I just bought my brand new battery a little over one month ago. I have a newer car with no problems before this battery has gone completely. It has been tested by a professional and determined that it is a "bad" battery. I am disappointed considering I have used this company many times over the years.

Not sure. I asked for a battery for a Streamlight Strion and got one for a Stinger instead. They asked me if it looked like the right one but since it was for my father-in-law I couldn't say for sure. Well he lives 30 miles away and the store is about 10 miles from my house. That puts me at about 160 miles after 2 round trips. How about more stores?
