As we face times of uncertainty with COVID-19, I wanted to share how we are keeping our customers, our team members and our communities safe, while continuing to deliver Outrageously Dependable® service.

Interstate’s Distributors and All Battery Center stores are open and committed to serving you. Our customer care goes beyond the delivery of reliable batteries; we are helping power essential services from cars and fleets to medical equipment and other critical needs.

The impacts from this virus change daily, but we remain focused on keeping our team members and customers protected, while serving the essential needs of our communities. Here’s how we are moving forward and meeting those expectations:

  • CURBSIDE SERVICE: To serve your power needs safely, select Interstate All Battery Center locations now offer curbside service. Simply call when you arrive, and we’ll come out to assist you.
  • DEPENDABLE DELIVERY: We recognize our customers need a dependable battery for their vehicles, which is why we’re dedicated to continuing on-time delivery of batteries to local repair shops, dealerships and other essential businesses.
  • INCREASED SANITIZATION EFFORTS: Providing a safe environment for our customers and team members is of highest importance, and we continue to monitor and follow guidance from the CDC and government officials. We have increased and enhanced our regular cleaning and sanitizing regimen for all our products, locations and vehicles, and we are working to provide our frontline workers with gloves and masks.

On behalf of the entire Interstate Batteries family, I want to take a moment and say thank you. Thank you to our team members who continue to be compassionate and resilient. Thank you to our customers for their continued loyalty and trust. And thank you to our health care workers, first responders and frontline workers who put their safety on the line to serve our communities.

God bless and be safe,

Scott Miller

How our local teams are helping local communities

Protecting Front-Line Heroes by Connecting People to Critical Product

It’s during challenging times that it’s more important than ever to lead with a Servant’s Heart. Read more about Jerry’s gesture of kindness.

Our first responders are critical both today and always to the safety and health of our communities.

Donating these gloves is the least we could do.

Serving Others: From Batteries to Breakfast

A passion for serving the community and the spirit of teamwork led Interstate Batteries SE Wisconsin to work with a local craft distillery to distribute 12 cases of hand sanitizer to first responders at their county’s sheriff’s office. Read the full story about this small business collaboration.

Donating these gloves is the least we could do.

How to Maintain Your Sitting Car Battery

Your battery is a key part of your vehicle. Under normal driving conditions, your vehicle’s alternator charges your battery while you drive. But if your car sits unused for an extended time, it could hurt your battery.
