As we face times of uncertainty with COVID-19, I wanted to share how we are keeping our customers, our team members and our communities safe, while continuing to deliver Outrageously Dependable® service.
Interstate’s Distributors and All Battery Center stores are open and committed to serving you. Our customer care goes beyond the delivery of reliable batteries; we are helping power essential services from cars and fleets to medical equipment and other critical needs.
The impacts from this virus change daily, but we remain focused on keeping our team members and customers protected, while serving the essential needs of our communities. Here’s how we are moving forward and meeting those expectations:
On behalf of the entire Interstate Batteries family, I want to take a moment and say thank you. Thank you to our team members who continue to be compassionate and resilient. Thank you to our customers for their continued loyalty and trust. And thank you to our health care workers, first responders and frontline workers who put their safety on the line to serve our communities.
God bless and be safe,
Scott Miller
