I just purchased an interstate battery from this branch and headed on to costco for the rest of my shopping. I was shocked to see the same battery for $92.93+tx....your store charged $163.95+tx! I called your branch back and they said no one can compete with Costco and your prices are because you are independant. I never knew Costco sold interstate batteries. This is my 6th battery from one of your branches! We have a camper and bought the 6 volt batteries for that. It is terrible to think of how much money we over spent for the same batteries...I understand all things are not equal and if there was a little difference I would not even mention it...but almost double?!! Please respond..Tx

How pleased I am to give this feedback! I'll start at the beginning. I needed to replace my iPhone battery and thought I'd check the internet. Your website looked promising. I called and spoke to a very polite man who made the effort and took the time to explain how iPhones were handled at this store. It was so easy-all went well. Also, had a Honda key fob battery replaced on the spot. Your prices are more than reasonable...Honda wanted $20 and Apple wanted way more than $100! Ugh to both of them!! However, it is your staff at this Redwood City, CA store that is over the top. I dealt with three wonderful Interstate employees (Dina explained and wrote up my work order (#109130), (don't have the man's name) only cashier #195014 and last but not least the very helpful fellow who took my call a few days earlier. These folks are skilled and worth their weight in gold. WOW and a big hats off to whomever is responsible for hiring the crew on El Camino in Redwood City, CA I've already passed this along to neighbors, co-workers and friends. ab
