Took my Interstate battery into the Grand Island NE store due to it would not hold a charge on Saturday. The clerk tested the battery and said it needed to be replaced. He told me that he had sold his last battery and would have more in the next Monday and he would call me. I asked him about the warranty on the battery and he checked the date and told me that it was still under warranty and that it would be covered. Three days later May 2, I went in to get my replacement battery and the clerk rang up the new battery. I said that there must be some mistake and that he told he on Saturday that the battery was covered. He didn't remember me or the conversation at all. The clerk on Saturday allowed me to leave the battery instead of carrying it back out to the car. I never got a call from the clerk as promised. This is not what I expected for my first and last visit.

First I would like to say I couldn't figure out why my daughter took her iphone there to get fixed. Well I do now. WOW! The first screen you put on didn't work right so I called Nic Smaha back and told him. He apologized that this happened and told us to bring it back in would order another one and cover it 100%. He said that they had a few problems with those screens and was in the process of ordering from another company. His customer service was excellent. Very happy with the new screen as well. When he said he would call me when her screen was in he did! I was just very pleased with him and the store. And yes I will highly recommend this company to others. And tell them to talk to Nic...he knows his job and will treat you well. So thank you!!! I appreciated it. Job well done!!!!!

The wait for my tablet battery is 2+ weeks. I had received the wrong battery the first time and was on backorder. Was told that I was to receive my battery in 3 to 4 business days and warehouse had it in stock. Came to conclusion that it was on backorder once again. No one had called me to tell me I was to wait another 5 days... I would like if I didn't have to wait 3 weeks and the customer service was better.
