I liked the courtesy manner in which I was greeted as I entered the store. It was near closing time, but I did not get the feeling that it was an inconvenience to be waited on at that time. I even offered to come back the next day to pick up my keyless entry item which needed replacement. I was assured that it could be done while I waited and I was there less than five minutes. Needless to say, I went away happy and impressed by the service.

Had trouble with the batter that I purchased, when I called the 1 800 number that told me to go to the local store and have it tested. After the guy told me the batter was ok, I wasn't satisfied as I knew the batter had to be bad. I called back and talked to the manager, he recommended a different store and they did a thorough check on the battery and discovered it was bad and it was still under warranty.
