I called ahead to ask about a battery for my car and your salesperson could not have been more welcoming and professional. He quickly gathered my info, confirmed he had the right battery, gave me a price, and when I asked if I could stop in at a certain time for install that day he said come over anytime and we will take care of you. I then stopped in at the store, and he remembered my call and car, and as promised your sales person took great care of me, and had the new battery installed in 15 minutes and I was on my way. I had been concerned for days about a new battery and worried I would have to wait around some place during install, but my experience at your shop was a very pleasant and welcome experience. Thanks for being a company that provides solutions rather than hurdles. Well done, and my compliments to the salesman who handled this for me -- a great guy with a great attitude and great knowledge who knows about great customer service; he's a credit to your company. I went in for a watch battery. It was the first time I had ever been there. The service was good & I'm sure the product is good. It's nice to be able to go somewhere. Usually if you go to a store to get a watch battery, they won't give you one unless you bought your watch there. So sometimes it gets a bit difficult. It's nice to have a store that just sells batteries.

I purchased a new battery in February 2015, only 4-months ago and the battery went bad. That, I can understand. What I cannot tolerate is having to leave the battery at your store for a 24-hour test period. How am I supposed to drive without a battery? Horrible policy. You failed.

They are reliable, even in the cold (This is really important in MN). On the day I got this battery I called to inquire if it was in stock and price. 15 minutes later when I arrived the cashier/ service man had it waiting on the counter for me. he had it installed in a friendly and professional manner within in 10 minutes and never even complained he was working in weather -10 degress plus windchill. I will continue to use interstate batteries and recommend them!
