It was a bitter cold afternoon. My battery needed a jump start for the second time this season. I started looking on line as I kept the car running and saw really good reviews about Interstate in Walpole, Mass. I was heading to another store closer to home initially but turned around to go to your store. I was greeted in a friendly way and within a few minutes Richard Furtado went out and tested my battery. I was not surprised to see that it was on it's last leg. He showed me some batteries and waited while I called the other store...I realized it was a very fair deal and what really impressed me was the installation. It was not so easy. My car is an old Subaru Forester and there were some old connector wires. Richard was taking all sorts of pains to make sure he didn't make things worse. The battery is a big one. Anyway, it was so cold but he just kept at it until it was seated and connected securely and all was working great. I got the best deal for the car I own...I wasn't oversold in terms of product or warranty and Richard was great. I would recommend them without hesitation. It looks like they have other services for fobs and some interesting products....and they are right next to McDonald's if you want to go sit and have a coffee while you wait or you can go to one of the near by stores in the adjacent Plaza. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Richard was very patient and answered all my questions since I had many. He cleaned up the area first and then replaced my battery in a timely manner. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend the Walpole location and Richard.

I had an old Casio G-Shock watch that needed a new battery. So today I went to the Interstate Battery Store in Walpole, Massachusetts where Manager Richard Furtado quickly replaced it but the watch still did not work. I was ready to call it a loss, but Richard took the time to search three different YouTube videos for possible reset options. Through his persistence and OUTSTANDING customer service I don't have to buy a new watch. I was so impressed that I asked if it was his store (like he was a franchise owner or something). He said he wasn't an owner, but it was his store and he always wants to provide the best service he can to his customers. Well, in today's day and age, I felt it necessary to pass this good news along to his supervisors- maybe someone who could give him a nice review and maybe even a raise. As a company he earned Interstate a customer for life and someone who will gladly pass along his experience by word-of-mouth. Thanks.

I have a 1999 Ford Explorer that was my late husband's. It would not hold a charge. My friend's husband suggested that I go to Interstate Battery in East Walpole, MA. My battery was checked and determined to be 5+ years old, so I bought a new one. Richard, the salesperson, checked the electrical system to make sure that it was only the battery and not something more serious. Thank goodness it was only the battery. Richard was very pleasant and professional. The store was immaculate. I was very pleased with the service and experience. I will recommend Interstate Battery when asked. Thank you. Virginia M. I am a very very happy customer. My battery was extremely low and I was going to go to Walmart or Bj’s Wholesale until my son mentioned your establishment. I agreed to give you a try. I am so glad I did. Robert was so professional and courteous toward myself and my son. He explained why the battery might be low after confirming the issue was a low battery. He installed the new battery promptly. Richard checked me out and explained the battery had a 6 year warranty. That is so awesome. The quality, warranty and customer service was knocked out of the park. I will be recommending and replacing all my batteries with you from here on.
