I bought a new battery for my APC pro 650 UPS. The old battery was bought 2/20/2017. It was totally dead when i brought it in. It was a sudden failure of the battery when the ups did it's daily test on the unit. I have had penny UPS to check when I was working and all had their berries lasted well past 4 years and did not ever went completely dead. I checked the warily and the SLA 1105 only had a 1 year replacement . OH Well . But i had the slip to get at least a 10.00 dollar off next purchase on a new one. So it sats to do the survey. I usually do surveys but not sure how it would show up to get the advantage of the 10.00 dollar gift certificate or where it might be. Is it possible to see how i did one back in 2017? and if the country was issued , i wasn't able to find it from back then without a lot of looking through tons of loose papers and reciets . I would think the recite would be enough so i could get the 10.00dollars off on my new one . Anyway the battery should have lasted a lot longer anyway. I checked the voltage on the battery in the ups and its fully charged and not hot as the old battery was. I feel the old battery failed prematurely and was the cause of the over heating of my unit. The new one is working perfectly so far. I just thought i could at least tell you my story. Thanks, Bruce

Your reputation is basically what brought me to Interstate. I broken down today with a bad battery. Although I've always wanted to try an Interstate Product but out of convenience, I always opted for the closest Parts Store since I'd be swapping out the battery on my own. Well, today was a different story, AAA needed to come jump start my car. I'm a traveling Sales Rep and had more calls today that needed to be made. I had planned to just purchase a battery a a back up and go about my day. When I arrived at Interstate, Auburn MA, I was pleasantly surprised how attentive this gentlemen was behind the counter. Before I knew, he was prepared to swap it out immediately for almost nothing. From the moment my car died at 10:40, AAA had it running again by 11:02. I was advise by AAA to check out Interstate in Auburn. I was back in business with a NEW BATTERY INSTALLED by 11:45 and Instate was 20 minutes away from where my misery started. Thank you to Keith Anyon (who did it all) and Pete Gordecki. I am now a HUGE FAN of Interstate and will share this information with all my friends. I'll never replace a car Battery again and will be forever indebted to Interstate. That's how business gets done!!!

I have purchased items from this store for years. Mainly small batteries for cameras. this is my first car battery purchase. I have always friendly and honest service from this dealership. I will continue to use this dealership in the future . Pete tested my old battery, Pete actually gave my battery passing marks. suggested it should be good for another year probably. It was my decision to replace it. I just wanted the peace of mind .The old one had been drained to zero the day before.
