I've replaced the batteries in four watches since finding your business. It was always a problem finding a business that would replace them without a hassle and at a reasonable price. I also purchased a battery for our security system. A couple of days later I went to replace the battery and wasn't able to find it. I was sure I walked out of the store without it. I also had the batteries replaced in three watches on same day and as I was in a hurry walked out without it. I called the store, explaining what transpired, and was told to bring in my receipt and they would replace the battery. I found the battery at home the next day. Great PR and I've referred everyone I can to your store. Also found the those working very friendly and helpful.
