Cashier 1313 is outstanding! I frequent this store, and he is always very professional and helpful. During this visit I inquired about external battery packs for cell phones, as I did not know much about them. He was very knowledgeable, taught me about the various battery packs, and helped me find the one that would be perfect for my situation. He is a true asset to your company.

Talked with a couple employees in the store and all were very helpful and friendly.

Good supply of products, placed where they can be found. Attentive service people.

I am an older gentleman. The young men who assisted me never offered to help transport the batteries (2 RV batteries) from the bed of my truck into the store. I inquired why 1 battery had boiled over while on the charging system and the other had not. They offered that 1 of the batteries had a slightly higher capacity and therefore the lower capacity battery would boil over. This was while looking at the lower capacity battery that had not boiled over and the higher capacity battery that had. I pointed out that my situation was exactly the opposite of what they had just described. They could offer no explanation other than to repeat what they had just told me. Batteries are simple devices and the charging of them not that complicated. I took my batteries to Interstate because I wanted an expert to offer an explanation of what had occurred. Not only were the employees unable to grasp their inept explanation for my situation, but they were also no help with the simple task of moving the batteries from point A to point B. Is this the new norm for Interstate Batteries? Incompetence and unhelpfulness?
