1- The technician tried to sell me the wrong size battery. 2 - It took 4 people to figure out that I knew what I was talking about... I know my car better than your computer. They were mad and charged me $50 more than they originally quoted. 3 - when I logged in to take this survey it said it had already been taken. My actual ticket number was 14798. I can't prove anything, but I suspect that someone from the store took the survey to prevent a negative review. I have no intention to ever return to this store. If I need warranty work I will go to a different location and hope that your company has intelligent employees somewhere.

Quailty and friendly service. Doug and his staff were outstanding. i was visiting from Michigan they were very helpful. Not matter what state I am in I would always recommend Interstate Batteries. If you're in Houston, Doug, The manager, goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

I brought a 32 volt battery to Conroe to be rebuilt. Through a series of problems it took the center over two months to rebuild the battery. When finished it worked perfectly. Because of the long delay Doug who was my contact refused any payment for his work. Rest assured that my next battery purchase will be at Conroe interstate. This type of business ethic is someone whom I wish to continue doing business with.
