Vehicle batteries are strong and last. Even reconditioned ones. Other batteries are great and in one place. Duracell batteries leaking in several devices proved a good thing- Interstate is now the go to place for all batteries and has been awesome. People in store are helpful and knowledgeable. Great products and people make a great business. Thanks to all who do all the hard work. From spending fifteen minutes replacing key battery to meeting Paul delivering batteries to a shop, Interstate has only become better. And then there's all the accessories and Nebo lighting items. Yesterday a battery was changed on a sports watch. This morning the alarm for the watch didn't go off. My husband (software engineer) determined while changing battery the alarm was damaged. Tonight we are going out to buy a new watch, because this is what we use to get us up in the morning. I will stop by shop your store so someone can take out the new battery from yesterday, so I can put in zip lock and use when the new watch battery dies. I did read the receipt which states that your company are not responsible for any damages.

People working in store are great. Knowledgeable and polite. Products are very good. Have given up on Duracell batteries as they've leaked in several devices. Quality has gone down in all regular batteries the last five years. Don't really care they last ten years in package when they leak in normal usage times. Interstate is our go to place for all batteries now. So far have been satisfied with vehicle, button cell, and ni-cad batteries. Keep on making high quality products and maintaining a professional knowledgeable staff. Also that they replace batteries in devices is a huge plus.

After bringing in a lawn-mower battery to replace, the clerk realized the charger end was different on the new one. I was unable to get this battery from Sears so was elated that I found it at Interstate! But apparently mine was a "male" end and it was "female" on the new battery. I was pretty upset thinking I might not be able to replace the battery and with a back injury, pulling a cord is just so difficult for me. He asked if I had any more business in the area and could splice the wires to work for me. I returned in 1/2 hr or so and it was completely changed. I am so grateful that he went above and beyond for me and at no extra charge. Unfortunately I did not get his name but being able to once again use my key-start on my mower makes me a very happy woman. Thank you!!
