I bought a battery on 12/22/2014, and I am haveing trouble with it , I believe it needs to be replaced.I looked up the receipt and called store. # 912. When I called I was told to hold on only to hear the person who told me to hold on tell another person Americana! He was informing the other person who is named Hiram that an American is on the phone. Why was that important ? Do you treat your customers different based on national origin? I told Mr.Hiram Baretti that I did not appreciate the Negative comment and all he could do was make up excuses. He told me well here in Puerto Rico Americana is what we call a female. Unexceptable, I told him how would you feel if someone said hold on a Puerto Rican is on the phone it is no different Then calling me a gringa! I am so insulted, I can not believe when he was accepting my money I was not treated that way and now that is the way he is treating me! Unexceptable! With this kind of behavior you will I am sure find yourself in court for a discrimination suit! All of my phone calls are taped and I am letting you know that I will not except anymore derogatory comments in the future! If I ever choose to come back to your store! Not to mention he told me I would have to pay an additional $57.00 to change the battery But don't worry your warranty will start over... come on really insult after injury.Good Job!
