I use this battery in my GE 5.8mhz phone. At first, I wasn't sure about the AAA size rather than the original AA size. The plug is the same. And, with a little piece of velcro, I got the battery to fit well; no rattling around; and the phone is lighter. It has higher mah rating than original. And, it it's NIMH rather than NICAD. It works extremely well without having the NICAD memory problem. I recommmend it.

When I purchased these "cordless" telephones [...]. I had only heard of the V-Tech brand from one source. But that person liked them and recommended them. So I got them. Worked fine for quite sometime. But after a year or more the batteries started dying quickly when using the speaker phone mode. I went online [...]. They said they had what I needed, at a good price, even shipped them directly to me "EXTREMELY" fast; and at a reasonable shipping and handling costs. So I didn't even have to leave the house on a cold rainy day. But still got what I needed 'without any hassles'; and at a "GREAT PRICE". Can not think of any thing that could have made the transaction better.

This was a battery for my VTech cordless that was hard to find at the office supply stores. Was happy that Interstate had a cross reference for them. Was worried about the fit as there is not a lot of room in the battery compartment of the phone and the connector is not standard for most.

Battery received fit perfectly and so far (about 2 weeks) everything seems to be working excellent. Went ahead and ordered a second one for the other handset after it became obvious that it wasn't performing up to par like the new replacement one.
