CORDLESS PHONES

Cordless phones have become an important part of communication today. They have given us the freedom to move around our homes and offices without disrupting our phone calls for more than 20 years. Long before the luxury of cell phones we have relied on cordless. Over time cordless phones have evolved, with clearer signals and more channels to assure clearer calls.

Cordless phones use radio waves rather than wires to transmit conversations from the handset to a base unit that is plugged into a phone line. All cordless phones use rechargeable batteries in the handset. Cordless phone batteries will generally last 1-3 years with normal use. These phone batteries are typically NiCad or NiMH. Cordless phones have many of the same features as standard telephones, and have many available models.

Generally, you can expect a phone to last four to eight hours on a single charge. More sophisticated phones generally require more power to operate and, therefore, have a shorter battery life.

We provide a variety of cordless phone chargers to choose from and offer a one-year warranty on all models
