Medical See Live Well Rate Details

HCA Interstate’s Health Savings Account provides ($600 for individual, $1,200 for family) into a health saving account for health care expenses that includes prescriptions. See plan detail and rate table.

PPO Provides fixed office co-pays and includes prescriptions.See plan detail and rate table.

FSA We offer Flexible Spending Accounts for both medical and dependent care for full-time and part-time team members.

Dental Designed to help pay for professional dental care. See plan detail.

Vision Professional eye care services and products. See plan detail.

401k Employees can contribute to ROTH IRA, pre-tax 401k and Catch-up. Annually, Interstate contributes profit-sharing into the 401k account.

Disability Provides for both short-term and long-term benefits in the event of illness or injury.

Time Off  Provides time off for vacation (accrues from employment Day One; two weeks a year), holidays, flexible work hours, summer flex program, sick leave and volunteer time.

►WORK/LIFE


Vacation: Team members begin earning vacation hours on first day of hire. They earn two weeks per year for the first five years, three weeks a year for years six through 11, and four weeks a year for 12 or more years of service.
Holidays: We celebrate nine holidays per year, to help balance the needs of our personal and professional lives.
Floating Holiday: One floating holiday per year is earned after six months of employment and may be used as a personal day.
Fitness Reimbursement: A fitness facility is available at the Home Office free of charge. We also provide a $25/month fitness reimbursement for working out 10 times per month at a fitness center of the team member's choice.
Education Reimbursement: Team members are eligible for education reimbursement after one year employment, with department vice president approval.
Wellness Program: Our wellness program, Live Well, encourages team members to participate in health-promoting activities and provides an opportunity for them to earn an annual deduction in their medical premiums.
Employee Assistance Program: Interstate wants its employees have access to the appropriate resources when they need them the most. We offer team members and their family’s professional and confidential counseling and referral services for work, legal matters, financial issues, addiction and recovery problems – and provide reliable resources for seniors and childcare and any stress-related issues that require assistance.
Employee Discounts: Team members enjoy product discounts both from Interstate Batteries and other vendors.
Short-term Disability: Interstate provides short-term disability coverage for team members at the Home Office and in the field.

Paid Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) hours are used by team members for both vacation and sick time. They earn 14 days a year for the first five years, 19 days a year for years six through 11, and 24 days a year for more than 12 years of service.
